After a year of delaying, my brother and I finally decided to do the projector headlight conversion. A little car accident few days ago was a bump in my ass to go and get it done..
LED mount made from fiber.
9 LEDs will be used as day driving light, because they light pritty hard. Our law says that we have to have headlights lid all the time. But it's useless to burn xenon on the day... So the LEDs would do the trick...
Here it is, projectors in carbon fiber with LEDs.
Headlight almost finished. But the turn light is to contrast. I will have to paint it in black too...
Left headlight on the picture have only LEDs lid. Right headlight on the picture have both LEDs and projector lid.
Here you can see only LEDs are lid, and it lights pretty hard... I would say that they lid more powerfull than 10W position bulbs..
Here is final result. Ignore bumped bumper and hood.

I got another C20XE head, because current head on my engine cracked. I was running it cracked for 10 months now, and it is time to change it... Engine is overheating now all the time...
Head was disaster when I got it. Few days of work and here it is...

My brother (mr_m) got his hands on my car..
And here is little movie on his run... I was filming it...
It's on winter tyres, 14''...
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PZ71jCQxCFs
You can here how short gears are.... He was shifting on 6500-6800rpm and finished 4-th gear before braking... That road is almost 400m long... It's N/A.. On winter 185/60-R14...

This was last summer before headworks on legal street race 402m...
It was 13.971s..
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=chNI9UGq ... ide/705337
On nitrous...
The car is pretty havy, around 1150kg with LPG, nitrous, A/C, ABS, power steering wheel, etc...
On street tires 195/45-R16 it could go as low as 6.8s 0-100km/h, and with nitrous as low as 6.2s..
On race tires yokohama A048 185/60-R14, it can go as low as 6.2s without nitrous... On nitrous as low as 5.7s on good road..

No. I like stock look. A Sleeper. All my money will go under the hood.. This is Lanos Sport, so it has stock body kit...
I'm planing to put a carputer and that's it... Maybe a paint job outside because the paint is destroyed (It lives on street all the time)...
Maybe I would put bad look hood, and rear disc brakes, and as I sad paint job... Nothing else...
But the engine is another thing... I'm planing over 200HP N/A.. And almost 300HP with nitrous...
VEMS, cams, ITB's or custom inlet manifold, SBD type C exhaust manifold, etc... That is my goal...

I agree with Skyline, great work! Wish I can do the same with my car...
I have two questions. First, what about the brakes? Maybe you wrote it, but I'm missing it. Second, did you have some problems with implementing new engine? Thx. Michal

2x Škoda Felicia, Seat Cordoba, Škoda 105L, Škoda Favorit a konečně Lanos 1,6 SX r.v.98, 195/50 R15, na zimu 185/60 R14
Thank you guys...
Well, Lanos Sport and Lanos mk2 1.6, has different front brakes. It has brake calipers and brake pads from nubira... So it's little bigger than standard lanos...
Rear drums are the same I think...
All Lanos has the same gearbox... D16... Only difference is in gear ratios and final drive ratio...
So you could fit any opel engine to any lanos on stock gearbox without any modification... So you could live with 150HP on standard lanos, if you know that you have weaker brakes.... I put brembo max discs front and original daewoo brake pads and it brakes just fine....
