What is the meaning of PWR led in the Dashboard
Hi every body
My car is Daewoo Leganza 2.0 L Model 2000 Automatic Tranxtile
Sometime i see PWR led below the speedmeter is blinking!
specially when the tranxtile is on D position
but when I shut down the engine and restart it the led is off
when the PWR led is blinking the engine somewhat loose its power
So can someone please tell me what is the meaning of PWR led and if you know tell me why and what is the problem?
Is the problem is in the Tranxitle or in the engine?
And please inform me about the solution of the problem

it may be bad connection of accumulator or or alternator, these connector is may be flowing or oxidated,or whole engine may to have a bad connection to the ground,there may bay many other reasons

Pre tých,čo nehovoria anglicky,ale vedeli by poradiť,pisateľ má problém z rosvecovaním sa kontrolky PWR na Leganze,s automatickou prevodovkou,obzvlášť,keď je páka prevodou v polohe D,dokonca mu blikaju aj osvetlenia prístrojov na prístrojovke,kto by vedel fundovanejšie poradiť,ja som napísal,že to by mohol robiť aj vadný (uvoľnený) kontakt od akumulátora,či alternátora,dokonca aj ukostrenie motora by to mohlo byť,ale to sú všeobecné rady,keby nikto vedel konkrétne pre Leguanzu,nech to sem napíše aj po česky,alebo slovensky,pokúsim sa mu to preložiť do AJ.

No asi máš pravdu v kostrení lebo takú závadu sme mali na Granade automat a to osvetlenie mu tiež blikalo a bolo to kostrou v prístrojovke tak možno aj tu je problém

You´re right we had also almost same car and problem was with the earth connection inside in the dashboard. It was something like this .Maybe this way can help you.

Good morning the SMB,
We have got a one request on you.In the future if you´ll have some trouble you must begin with one subject only.Because you did start by two of subjects.I think so it was only mistake yet.Can you do that please?

Thank you dear very very much for your reply
I saw your reply in the first post
sorry, for my mistake and i'll post one messege for every question.
regarding tranxitle I mean (Autimatic gear box).
PWR is an idication led located under the speed meter and beside the thermometer, it mean (power) its color is red.
I'll check the ground connection and I am waiting other options and other corrections

I have downloaded the service manual but it did not contain anything about dash board indicatios and notification
pls if there is user guide contianing a full details for all of dash board leds and meters and anything in the dash board please do not hesistate to inform me about it.

PWR stands for automatic gearbox control module error... Like MIL for engine ECU, PWR is for A/T gearbox...
