I dont understand than polices and to authorities,stirs tuning of the cars?Than prohibition is proved?

Our authorities say that tuning impend the traffic on the roads.....I thing it is bulshit. Some "tuners" are fuckers and drive very fast and dangerous.

I had a problem on technical control (every 2 years in ČR) with my tuned exhaust....why? The wer not able to say why.....it si quiet silent exhaust...nothing like loud tuned exhaust...and I have 16'' and 205 width wheels on the Nubira Combi....They sad: You must have 15'' and 195 width wheels maximum because of brake effect.

is perfect and safe. And I would like to have my car made like this Lacetti. But some parts of it are bad for our authorities.

At me тoning all glasses except for a windshield! Toning average! First it was unusual to go in the evenings, but now has got used and I dont notice that some glass тoning!
At us in Ukraine average toning is resolved and all that is more already illegal but the traffic police on it does not turn attention! Mentality at us not European here and to break it is favourite!
